By downloading, accessing, or using RE.bible ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. About the App
RE.bible is a Bible reading and scripture study application provided by Aventis Venture by Redeemer Enterprises. Features include Scripture reading, full-text search, bookmarks, highlights, personal notes, daily devotionals, custom themes, and audio narration. App features and availability may evolve over time.
2. Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding agreement under the laws of your country to use the App. If you are a minor, you should use the App only with parental or guardian supervision.
3. Your Account
If you create an account or sign in, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please provide accurate and updated information.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or distribute the App's source code, software structure, or proprietary branding.
- Use the App for unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, or fraudulent purposes.
- Interfere with or compromise the security, integrity, or normal operation of the App or its servers.
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or extraction scripts to harvest data from the App.
- Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, hateful, defamatory, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
5. Your Content
Notes, highlights, bookmarks, and prayer journal entries you create inside the App remain your personal property. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store this content solely to provide app functionality to you.
6. Intellectual Property
The King James Version (KJV) Bible text is in the public domain. However, the App's original source code, user interface, visual layout, graphics, logos, algorithms, and "RE.bible" branding are owned exclusively by Aventis Venture by Redeemer Enterprises and may not be copied or reused without prior written consent.
7. Third-Party Services and Ads
The App integrates third-party services such as Google Firebase and Google AdMob. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or services of third parties. Your interactions with third-party tools are governed by their respective terms and policies.
8. Availability and Changes
We strive to maintain high availability and performance, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time without notice.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and request account/data deletion at any time.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aventis Venture by Redeemer Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
